Tom Saggau is a co-founder of Saggau-DeRollo. Tom will push every organization he works with to establish clear goals and objectives to define success and to identify who the organization is attempting to inform, educate and/or persuade. Tom prepares those he works with to align messaging in support of achieving established goals and to do the necessary research to create and advocate for good public policy.

Tom spearheaded the negotiations that led to the preservation of police officer defined-benefit pensions in San Jose, orchestrated the successful campaign to expose wage theft at the infamous Slavery Towers high-rise development, utilized research, facts and data to activate numerous educational and campaign websites at the national and local level and has successfully managed numerous crisis communication incidents.

Tom is married to his wife Melissa and they are blessed with two children in college and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Opal.
