Tom Saggau is a co-founder of Saggau & DeRollo, LLC. Tom will push every organization he works with to be proactive in telling their story, to anticipate and prepare what to defend against, especially unfounded attacks, to align messaging in support of achieving established goals and to do the necessary research to create and advocate for good public policy.

Tom spearheaded the negotiations that led to the preservation of police officer pensions in San Jose, orchestrated the successful campaign to expose wage theft at the infamous Slavery Towers high-rise development, utilized research to activate numerous campaign websites to educate voters in Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Jose, and works to prepare clients to deliver their fact-based messaging campaigns to the public through earned and paid media.
Tom is married to his wife Melissa and they are blessed with two teenage children and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Opal.
